A 22-year old female is followed at our department because of genetically confirmed autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome type 1 (APS-1). This was diagnosed at the age of 9 and in this patient characterized by autoimmune hypoparathyroidism, autoimmune hepatitis, autoimmune gastritis and premature ovarian insufficiency.
